Just hit “Register” button on the top left side (on pc) or profile icon on the bottom of the page (mobile version) and follow the easy instructions.

After you have filled all required fields and submitted the registration form, we will send you a verification email. Please check your inbox for the email, which you entered in the registrations form, and hit the verification button.

Once you have verified your email address, you can login to your Klondaika account using your username or e-mail address and chosen password.

Login into you Winludu account and click on “Deposit” button on the left hand menu on the PC version or, if you are using a mobile version hit the “Profile” icon on bottom of the screen and then click “Deposit”, select the desired deposit method and follow the instructions.

At Winludu you can deposit using Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe or one of our many other deposit methods. However, make sure that the payment method that you are using belong to you personally and not to any third party (yes - wife or husband is still a third party).

Winludu will make sure to review all withdrawals within approximately 24 hours (90% of the cases we processed withdrawals much faster). If everything is ok and we approve your withdrawal, you should receive your money within a couple of days (it depends solely on payment method you are using).

However, keep in mind that the time for a withdrawal request to be finalised may vary due to different circumstances (KYC and AML checks), however a withdrawal attempt should be approved or denied as soon as possible and you can see the approval/denial in you “Profile” “Transactions” menu.

If you see that your withdraw is denied, most probably you have forgotten to send us some of docs. that we really need. In this case, check your email inbox, as we have sent you an email with the information regarding the required docs., and make sure that you have uploaded all the requested docs. to your Winludu account.

If you can’t request a withdrawal, there may be two reasons:

1. Your account is not KYC (know your customer) verified. If this is the case, just make sure that you have uploaded all required documents into your profile. You should have a reminder from Winludu in your email inbox, which explains which documents we need to finish KYC verification. As soon as it’s done, your account will be verified within 12h or even faster.

2. You made a deposit using a new deposit method, and the new deposit method has to be verified. Similar to the KYC process we just need some documents that proves that the used payment method is owned by you. This is an easy one-time thing for each deposit method and will take you just a few minutes of your time. You should have a reminder from Winludu with all the info about documents that we need to finish Deposit method verification.

If 1st and 2nd is done and you still can’t request withdrawal feel free to contact our friendly support team, they will help you out so you can request withdrawal as soon as possible.

First, make sure you are making a deposit and not requesting a withdrawal, sometimes we all make silly mistakes. After, make sure that all the information, required to make a deposit, is filled in correctly, for example, the card details or the account number is correct. If everything is correct, but you still can’t make a deposit, you can try to clear cookies and cache, then reload the page or try a different browser (for example, Google Chrome).

In those rare cases, when it still fails your deposit, there still could be a couple reason:

- Check if your payment method is sufficiently funded. Login into your payment method account and check the balance, maybe you have missed that, that Netflix subscription was charged today.

- Your card does not support gambling deposits (for example, American Express cards or Maestro might have those issues). In this case, nothing can be done, and you need to use a different method.

- Your payment method limitations might have kicked in or maybe you are making multiple sequential deposit with the same amount and, therefore, your payment method issuer is blocking the deposit due to their internal safety procedures.

- Your payment method issued blocks online or international payments. All these reasons and most common reason for failed deposits can be traced to your bank or payment method issuer. So please contact the bank or payment method issuer for more information, and get back to us if the problem persists.

Don’t worry and stay calm. First of all, wait for a couple of minutes and then refresh the page. Sometimes due to delays, caused by the network connection, we don’t get an instant response from your payment method.

If the money is still not in your Winludu account, you should make sure that the funds were deducted from your payment method account. If the money was deducted, then contact our support team. In most cases we’ll be able to trace and solve the problem quickly. However, in those rare cases we might ask you for a copy of the transaction from your payment account, so that we are be able to investigate it with your payment method provider.

Nop, we don’t like fees! But make sure to check with you payment method, maybe they do!
Instantly, except cases when you are making a wire transfer (bank transfer). Wire transfers time depend on your bank, and can take up to 3 working days.

In very rare cases, even with instant payment methods, there might be delays caused by network issues were we don’t get an instant response from your payment. In such cases money should be credited to your Winludu account within a couple of minutes. If the money was deducted from your payment method account but still isn’t there, contact our friendly support team, they will help you out.
